2 large slices of seedless watermelon (about 300 g)
1 medium cucumber , preferably organic (you can leave the peel on)
5-6 fresh mint leaves
The juice of half a lime (or lemon, if you prefer)
(Optional) a pinch of Himalayan pink salt to replace the salts lost through sweat

Cut the watermelon into cubes, removing any seeds.
Wash the cucumber and slice it into rounds.
Put everything in a juicer or extractor (powerful blenders are also fine).
Add the mint leaves and lime juice.
