🌙 Ingredients (for 1 person)
1 large cucumber (cold from the fridge)
1 green or yellow apple
½ squeezed lime
50-70 ml of concentrated cold chamomile infusion
(Optional) a few mint leaves or a teaspoon of honey
⚙️ Quick preparation
Prepare the chamomile tea in advance (one sachet in a little boiling water – 100 ml – then let it cool).
Cucumber and apple juice .
Combine the lime juice and the cold chamomile infusion .
Stir, pour into a glass with ice and enjoy slowly at the end of the evening .
