Ecco una ricetta precisa per preparare delle alette di pollo al BBQ in friggitrice ad aria
Ingredients
- Chicken wings1 Kg
- Barbecue sauce200 g
- Extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoons
- Fine salt1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Black pepperto taste
- Chili powderto taste
- Golden onionto taste
- Garlicto taste
Procedure
0. Pat the chicken wings dry thoroughly with paper towels. This helps ensure crispier skin. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil with the spices: salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder (if using).
1. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and massage the seasoning well into all of the wings, making sure they are well coated.
2. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for about 5 minutes.
3. Arrange the chicken wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, trying not to overlap them to ensure even cooking. Cook the wings at 200°C for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through (around 12-15 minutes). The wings should be golden brown and crispy.
4. Once the wings are cooked and crispy, remove them from the fryer and place them in a clean bowl. Pour the BBQ sauce over the wings and toss gently to coat them evenly.
5. Return the glazed wings to the air fryer and cook them at 180°C for another 5 minutes. This will allow the BBQ sauce to caramelize slightly, making them even tastier.
6. Serve the wings hot, perhaps with a side of fresh vegetables or a good potato salad.
7. If you want a stickier BBQ sauce, you can repeat the glaze and caramelization step. For an even more intense flavor, you can marinate the wings in the spices for a few hours (or overnight) before cooking.
