  • 2. Add the almond flour and rice flour sifted with the baking powder and salt. Mix gently until the dough is smooth.
  • 3. Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 35-40 minutes. Test with a toothpick: if it comes out clean, the loaf is ready!
