Procedure
0. In a bowl, mix the flour (200 g) with the baking powder and salt. Add the cold butter (100 g) cut into cubes and work the dough with your fingertips until it resembles sand.
1. Combine the sugar (100 g) and the egg, and quickly knead until it forms a smooth ball. Spread the dough into a greased and floured cake pan, creating an even base. Refrigerate while you prepare the rest of the batter.
2. Peel and dice the apples. In a bowl, toss the apples with brown sugar (20 g), cinnamon, and lemon juice. Spread the apple mixture over the tart base.
3. In a bowl, combine the flour (100 g) and brown sugar (80 g). Add the cold butter, cut into cubes (100 g), and work the mixture with your hands until coarse crumbs form. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the apple filling.
4. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the cake for about 35-40 minutes, or until the crumble is golden and crispy.
