  • 0. Wash and remove the stones and impurities from the apricots.
  • 1. Cook the apricots for a few minutes in a pan until they are soft.
  • 2. Add half the sugar compared to the weight of the apricots and let it absorb for a few minutes.
  • 3. Transfer the mixture, a little at a time, to a pan and let it caramelize. Once it has reached a brown color and the desired consistency, transfer it to a sterilized jar. Close the jar and turn it upside down. Let it cool.
