Involtini di asparagi avvolti nel prosciutto crudo: un antipasto sfizioso, veloce e saporito, perfetto per ogni occasione.
Ingredients
- Asparagus250 g
- Raw ham DOP50 g
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP20 g
- Black pepperto taste
- Balsamic vinegarto taste
- Fine saltto taste
- Butterto taste
Procedure
0. First, wash the asparagus and remove any unclean parts. Boil water in a pot and add the vegetables. Cook for about 15 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender but not mushy.
1. Drain them and place them on a rack. Separately, prepare some slices of prosciutto: then wrap two or three asparagus spears with a slice of prosciutto, or two if the spear is long enough.
2. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan and add the asparagus. Stir for a few seconds, or until the prosciutto begins to brown. Grate the Parmesan cheese on top.
3. Arrange on a platter and serve. A sprinkling of Parmesan cheese and a pinch of pepper can add extra flavor.
