- Shallot75 g

- Extra virgin olive oilto taste

Procedure
0. Finely chop the vegetables and sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Rinse and add the borlotti beans.
1. Cook with a little vegetable broth, adding some tomato paste, a pinch of salt, a grating of pepper and a sprig of rosemary.
2. After about twenty minutes, remove from the heat and serve hot.
