Procedure

1. Place a non-stick pan on the heat and, when the base is very hot, place the fillet in and seal it on all sides.
2. Then lower the heat and add the butter and herbs. Now you need to begin basting the meat, bringing the butter to the surface and letting it drip down to the base.
3. Cook for 2 minutes per side and wait about 7 minutes before cutting it.
