Una versione leggera e semplificata della classica cotoletta. Senza uova e senza frittura offre una soluzione alternativa e salutare. Perfetta da abbinare con delle patate cotte in friggitrice ad aria.
Ingredients
- Beef topside250 g
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP2 tablespoons
- Breadcrumbs2 tablespoons
- Parsleyto taste
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fine saltto taste
Procedure
0. The recipe is quite simple. In a shallow dish, add grated cheese, breadcrumbs, and parsley, season with salt and pepper.
1. Coat the meat slices first in a drizzle of oil (spreading it all over) and then in the breadcrumb mixture. Let them rest in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
2. Heat a nonstick pan for a few minutes and cook the beef slices for 2-3 minutes per side. Serve with a squeeze of lemon and air-fried fries!
