- Rice flour150 g
- Brown sugar100 g
- Buckwheat flour100 g
- Butter100 g
- Hazelnuts80 g
- Eggs1 u (60 g)
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Orange juiceto taste
- Fine saltto taste
Procedure
0. In a large bowl, combine the flours, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the softened butter and work the dough with your hands until it resembles sand.
1. Add the egg and orange zest (if using), mixing until a smooth dough forms.
2. Add the chopped hazelnuts to the mixture and mix well.
3. Take small portions of dough and shape them into balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, flattening them slightly.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15-18 minutes, or until the edges of the biscuits are golden.
5. Let the cookies cool on a wire rack before serving.
