Procedure
0. First, wash, dry, and chop the tomatoes. Arrange the tomatoes on a wooden cutting board and sprinkle with salt.
1. Slice the mozzarella and finally assemble the dish, adding a few basil leaves to the bottom of the plate where you will serve the caprese.
2. Alternate a slice of tomato and a slice of mozzarella on the plate. Finally, sprinkle with a pinch of dried oregano. Add a few more basil leaves, if desired. Finally, drizzle with a little olive oil.
