La dolcezza del peperone e delle carote si sposa con la croccantezza dei broccoli, mentre il pollo, dorato e succoso, si avvolge nella cremosa salsa al parmigiano. Ingredients
- Savoy cabbage500 g
- Chicken breast300 g
- Broccoli200 g
- Cooking cream200 ml
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP100 g
- Red onion1 u (150 g)
- Garlic1 clove
- Bell pepper1 u (220 g)
- Carrots1 u (75 g)
- Parsleyto taste
- Butterto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Sweet paprikato taste
- Fine saltto taste
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
Procedure
0. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Blanch the broccoli for 3-4 minutes, drain, and set aside.
1. In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of oil and sauté the garlic and onion for about 2 minutes. Add the thinly sliced cabbage, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until wilted but still crisp.
2. In another pan, heat oil and butter. Add the chicken strips and cook for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown. Season with salt, pepper, and sweet paprika (optional). Set the cooked chicken aside.
3. Pour the cream into the pan where you cooked the chicken and bring to a gentle boil. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add a tablespoon of the broccoli cooking water.
4. Add the sautéed cabbage, broccoli, carrots, and orange bell pepper to the sauce. Stir gently to combine. Finally, add the chicken strips and stir again.
5. Arrange the chicken strips and creamy vegetables on plates, garnish with fresh parsley and, if desired, a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
