  • 0. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Blanch the broccoli for 3-4 minutes, drain, and set aside.
  • 1. In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of oil and sauté the garlic and onion for about 2 minutes. Add the thinly sliced cabbage, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until wilted but still crisp.
  • 2. In another pan, heat oil and butter. Add the chicken strips and cook for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown. Season with salt, pepper, and sweet paprika (optional). Set the cooked chicken aside.
  • 3. Pour the cream into the pan where you cooked the chicken and bring to a gentle boil. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add a tablespoon of the broccoli cooking water.
  • 4. Add the sautéed cabbage, broccoli, carrots, and orange bell pepper to the sauce. Stir gently to combine. Finally, add the chicken strips and stir again.
  • 5. Arrange the chicken strips and creamy vegetables on plates, garnish with fresh parsley and, if desired, a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
