- Type 00 flour200 g
- Almond milk150 ml
- Sunflower oil100 ml
- Whole cane sugar100 g
- Granulated sugar100 g
- Unsweetened cocoa powder20 g
- Baking powder16 g
- Eggs3 u (180 g)
- Oranges1 u (150 g)
- Powdered sugarto taste
- Orange zestto taste
Procedure
0. Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, white sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the vegetable oil and milk, stirring constantly.
1. Add the grated orange zest and orange juice, mixing well. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, and gradually add them to the mixture, stirring gently with a spatula or whisk until smooth.
2. Butter and flour a bundt pan. Pour the batter into the pan, smoothing the surface. Bake the bundt cake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
3. Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar and, if desired, a light dusting of cocoa powder for decoration.
