  • 1. Add the grated orange zest and orange juice, mixing well. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, and gradually add them to the mixture, stirring gently with a spatula or whisk until smooth.
  • 2. Butter and flour a bundt pan. Pour the batter into the pan, smoothing the surface. Bake the bundt cake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • 3. Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar and, if desired, a light dusting of cocoa powder for decoration.
