- Fine saltto taste

Procedure
0. Cook the pasta and let it cool. Meanwhile, peel and dice an avocado.
1. Add the avocado, rinsed and drained peas, fresh basil, and a day's worth of extra virgin olive oil to the cold pasta. Add a pinch of pepper if desired.
