Un pollo al curry #cremoso e avvolgente, cotto in pentola a pressione per una carne #tenera e una salsa ricca di sapori esotici. Perfetto con riso basmati o naan! 🌶️🍛
Ingredients
- Chicken breast600 g
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Chicken broth200 ml
- Garlic2 cloves
- Curry2 tablespoons
- Tomato paste2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil1 tablespoon
- White onion1 u (150 g)
- Ginger1 teaspoon
- Turmericto taste
- Smoked paprikato taste
Procedure
0. In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and sauté the onion for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté for another minute.
1. Add the curry, turmeric, and paprika. Stir for a few seconds to release the aromas.
2. Add the chicken and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until it changes color. Add the tomato paste and mix well.
3. Pour in the broth and close the pressure cooker. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes after the whistle (if using boneless thighs, extend to 12 minutes).
4. After cooking, vent the pot and open the lid. Pour in the coconut milk and stir. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
