  • 0. Crack the eggs into a bowl and begin beating them. Pour in the melted butter and gradually incorporate the flour: you'll get a very thick batter. Continue stirring and gradually add the milk.
  • 1. Take another bowl and pass the batter through a sieve to avoid lumps forming.
  • 2. Heat a nonstick pan (mine is 22 cm in diameter), lightly grease the bottom and wipe off the excess with a sheet of paper towel. Pour in the batter a little at a time. Cook over medium heat for a minute, then flip the crepe and cook for another minute.
  • 3. Once all the crepes are prepared, we can cover them with cling film and keep them in the fridge for a couple of days.
