  • 0. In a bowl, toss the fresh gnocchi with the extra virgin olive oil, chili powder, and a pinch of salt. Make sure they're well seasoned.
  • 1. Arrange the gnocchi in a single layer in the basket. Bake at 200°C for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • 2. If they're not already toasted, place the hazelnuts in a dry pan and toast them over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Then roughly chop them with a knife.
  • 3. In a small saucepan, heat the cream over low heat. Add the chopped gorgonzola and stir until completely melted. Add the parmesan if you like more flavor. Season with black pepper.
  • 4. Arrange the crispy gnocchi on a serving platter. Sprinkle with toasted hazelnuts and fresh parsley. Serve separately or pour over the hot Gorgonzola fondue.
