- Smoked salmon100 g

- Avocado1 u (300 g)
- Fine saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Lemonto taste
Procedure
0. Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and mash the pulp with a fork until smooth.
1. Add the lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
2. Spread a generous amount of avocado spread on each slice of toast.
3. Place a piece of smoked salmon on top of the cream.
4. Arrange the croutons on a serving platter and serve immediately.
