  • 3. With slightly damp hands, take small portions of dough and shape them into walnut-sized balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 4. If you want an extra touch of cocoa, roll the balls in unsweetened cocoa powder to lightly coat them. Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • 5. Once ready, serve them as a snack. You can store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week.
