- Donkey milk1 L
- Honey180 g
- Potato starch80 g
- Orange zestto taste
- Almondsto taste
- Lemon zestto taste
Procedure
0. Pour 700 ml of donkey milk into a saucepan, add the zest of one lemon or half a vial of lemon extract, the grated zest of one or two oranges, the honey, and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired. Cook over medium heat.
1. Meanwhile, pour the remaining milk and potato starch into a bowl. Stir with a whisk to avoid lumps.
2. When the mixture is smooth, add it to the pan on the heat and, stirring constantly, wait for it to thicken a little.
