Funghi all’aglio saporiti e semplici da preparare, ideali come contorno o antipasto. Un piatto veloce e gustoso per esaltare il gusto dei funghi freschi!
Ingredients
- Field mushrooms450 g
- Butter75 g
- Parsley15 g
- Garlic2 cloves
- Lemon1 u (85 g)
- Fine saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
Procedure
0. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and arrange them upside down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
1. In a bowl, mix the butter with the finely chopped garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stuff each mushroom with the mixture.
2. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the mushrooms are soft and the butter is golden brown. Serve immediately with toasted bread.
