Torta di carote senza glutine e senza latte
Ingredients
- Soy yogurt250 g
- Carrots250 g
- Brown sugar180 g
- Rice flour150 g
- Cornstarch (Maizena)100 g
- Baking powder16 g
- Ground cinnamon2 teaspoons
Procedure
0. Pulse the peeled carrots in a blender. Gradually add all the ingredients: soy yogurt, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch, until the mixture is smooth and soft.
1. Finally, add the rice flour and baking powder and mix well. Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
2. When it cools, sprinkle with icing sugar
