  • 0. Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan-assisted). In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, coarsely chopped nuts, seeds, salt, and cinnamon. In a small saucepan, heat the coconut oil and honey (or maple syrup) over low heat until combined.
  • 1. Pour the hot liquid over the dry mix and stir well until everything is well coated. Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, smoothing it out evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes for even toasting.
  • 2. Let it cool completely: it will dry out and become crunchy. Add the dried fruit only once it's cooled and store in an airtight container.
  • 3. ✅ Tips: • Customize it with cocoa, vanilla, or citrus zest. • Excellent with Greek yogurt or plant-based drinks. • Stores for up to 3 weeks in an airtight container.
