  • 1. Place the bread in the bowl, add the vinegar, and blend for 30 seconds, speed 6. Add the other ingredients (except salt, pepper, and oil) and blend for 30 seconds, speed 6.
  • 2. Season with salt and pepper, then, with the blades running, drizzle in the oil and blend for another 30 seconds. Transfer to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving the salsa verde.
