Salsa verde fresca e saporita, preparata facilmente con il Bimby. Perfetta per accompagnare carni, pesce e verdure con gusto autentico.
Ingredients
- Parsley80 g
- Extra virgin olive oil40 ml
- White bread30 g
- White wine vinegar25 ml
- Garlic1 clove
- Eggs1 u (60 g)
- Fine saltto taste
- Capers in saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
Procedure
0. Cook the egg in a saucepan of cold water for 8 minutes after boiling. Discard the white, keeping only the yolk. Wash and dry the parsley, and remove the toughest stems.
1. Place the bread in the bowl, add the vinegar, and blend for 30 seconds, speed 6. Add the other ingredients (except salt, pepper, and oil) and blend for 30 seconds, speed 6.
2. Season with salt and pepper, then, with the blades running, drizzle in the oil and blend for another 30 seconds. Transfer to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving the salsa verde.
