Procedure
0. To grill the prawns, first rinse them under running water for a few seconds. Heat a grill pan over high heat. Once it's hot, place the prawns inside and cook over high heat for 3 minutes, then turn them over and cook for another 3 minutes.
1. Meanwhile, prepare the dressing. In a small bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Add the chopped garlic and stir. Once cooked, season the prawns with salt and brush them with the dressing.
