Ingredients
- Pumpkin300 g
- Fresh cream250 ml
- Whole milk100 ml
- Dark chocolate100 g
- Dry biscuits100 g
- Brown sugar2 tablespoons
- Powdered sugar2 tablespoons
- Ground cinnamon1 teaspoon
Procedure
0. Dice the pumpkin and steam or bake it until soft. Blend it with the milk, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth. Let it cool completely.
1. Whip the cold cream with the powdered sugar until soft and stiff. Refrigerate until ready to assemble.
2. In a clear glass, begin layering. Add a first layer of whipped cream, then a layer of pumpkin puree, and repeat until you reach the rim of the glass. Crumble chocolate cookies or sprinkle cocoa powder over the surface to simulate "soil."
3. For the "RIP" cookie: Melt the dark chocolate and, using a piping bag with a thin nozzle or a parchment paper cone, write "RIP" on a large cookie and let it cool in the refrigerator.
4. For the spider: Make a spider by melting dark chocolate and, using a piping bag, draw the spider's legs on parchment paper. Let cool. Use a small chocolate or cookie scoop for the spider's body and glue the legs to the body with a little melted chocolate.
5. Place the cookie with the "RIP" in the glass, gently pressing it into the whipped cream. Place the chocolate spider on top of the "dirt" (the cocoa or crushed cookies) and serve.
