Questo liquore alle erbe ha un sapore aromatico e rinfrescante, con una dolcezza equilibrata che non risulta troppo predominante.
Ingredients
- Food grade alcohol500 ml
- Water500 ml
- Granulated sugar300 g
- Mint50 g
- Bay leaf30 leaves
- Sage30 g
- Rosemary30 g
- Lemon zest10 g

Procedure
0. Wash and dry the herbs thoroughly. Peel the lemon, removing only the yellow part of the zest.
1. Place the herbs and lemon zest in a large glass jar with an airtight lid. Pour the alcohol over the herbs and seal the jar. Let it steep in a cool, dark place for 10-14 days, shaking the jar daily.
2. After the soaking period, prepare the syrup by boiling the water and sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Let the syrup cool completely.
3. Strain the macerated alcohol through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth, discarding the herbs and lemon zest. Mix the strained alcohol with the cooled syrup.
4. Pour the liqueur into clean glass bottles. Let the liqueur rest for at least a month in a cool, dark place before drinking, to allow the flavors to meld.
