Burro di arachidi homemade, cremoso e naturale, senza conservanti. La ricetta semplice per un alimento sano e gustoso da spalmare o usare in cucina!
Ingredients
- Roasted peanuts400 g
- Honey2 teaspoons
- Peanut oil1 tablespoon
- Fine saltto taste
Procedure
0. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread the peanuts evenly on a baking sheet. Roast the peanuts in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure they toast evenly. Be careful not to burn them.
1. Place the roasted peanuts in a food processor or powerful blender. Begin blending the peanuts. They will first turn into a powder, then a thick paste, and finally a smooth butter.
2. This process can take 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the power of your appliance. Stop occasionally to scrape the sides of the container.
3. If the peanut butter is too thick, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of peanut oil to make it creamier. Add it gradually until you reach the desired consistency.
4. If you prefer a sweeter peanut butter, add 1-2 teaspoons of honey or sugar and a pinch of salt. Blend again until well incorporated.
5. Transfer the peanut butter to a clean glass jar with an airtight lid. You can store it at room temperature for about 1-2 weeks, or in the refrigerator for longer.
6. If you like crunchy peanut butter, you can set aside a handful of roasted peanuts, chop them roughly, and add them to the peanut butter at the end. You can experiment with other types of oil, such as coconut oil, to give the peanut butter a different flavor.
