Ingredients
- Lamb fillet1.3 Kg
- Beef broth850 ml
- Yellow potatoes450 g
- Carrots400 g
- White onion400 g
- Butter15 g
- Fine saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Parsleyto taste
- Type 00 flourto taste
- Thymeto taste
Procedure
0. Preheat the oven to 160°C. Sprinkle the flour on a plate and season with salt and pepper. Dust the diced meat with flour and shake off the excess. Place the meat on a deep baking sheet.
1. Clean the vegetables and roughly chop them. Sprinkle a layer of vegetables over the meat. Add the thyme and bake in the oven for about two and a half hours, covered with aluminum foil. Remove the foil during the last half hour of cooking.
2. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve directly in the casserole dish.
