Ingredients
- Soy milk150 ml
- Proteine in polvere whey30 g
- Kiwi2 u (200 g)
- Ginger1 teaspoon
- Banana1 u (180 g)
- Agave syrupto taste
Procedure
0. Peel the kiwis and cut them into chunks. Peel the banana and cut it into slices. Place the kiwi pieces, banana, plant-based milk, protein powder (if using), honey (if desired), and ginger in a blender. Add ice cubes if you want a cooler smoothie.
1. Blend on high speed for about 30-40 seconds, until smooth and creamy. Pour the smoothie into a glass and, if desired, garnish with a slice of kiwi or some chia seeds for added crunch.
2. 🍽️ How to serve: This smoothie is perfect for enjoying right away, but you can also make it ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for a quick breakfast the next day.
