La quiche di porri è una torta salata delicata e cremosa, perfetta come antipasto o piatto unico, con un ripieno saporito a base di porri e formaggio.
Ingredients
- Leek500 g
- Cooking cream200 ml
- Type 00 flour150 g
- Butter105 g
- Water50 ml
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP50 g
- Eggs3 u (180 g)
- Black pepperto taste
- Fine saltto taste
- Nutmegto taste
Procedure
0. Place the flour, butter, water, and salt in the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 20 seconds at speed 4. Remove the dough, shape it into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
1. Clean the leeks and slice them. Place them in the clean Thermomix bowl with the butter. Cook for 3 minutes at 100°C on speed 1. Add the cream, eggs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix for 20 seconds on speed 4.
2. Roll out the shortcrust pastry and line a previously buttered quiche pan. Pour the leek filling onto the pastry base. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
