Ingredients
- Turnip tops300 g
- Chicken breast300 g
- Extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoons
- Ginger1 teaspoon
- Lemon1 u (85 g)
- Honey1 teaspoon
- Black pepperto taste
- Fine saltto taste
Procedure
0. In a bowl, combine the chicken with the lemon juice, zest, grated ginger, minced garlic, a drizzle of oil, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 15-20 minutes (longer if possible).
1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large, deep skillet. Add the whole garlic and chili pepper, sautéing for a minute. Add the broccoli rabe to the pan, season with salt, and cook over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft but still slightly crunchy.

2. Remove the garlic and move the turnip greens to one side of the pan.
3. In the same pan, remove the broccoli rabe and add the chicken pieces. Drizzle with oil if needed. Cook the chicken over medium-high heat, browning it on all sides (about 6-8 minutes). Cover if necessary to allow it to cook thoroughly.
4. Once the chicken is cooked, add the honey (if using) and stir quickly to create a light glaze, which will bind with the lemon and ginger.

5. Toss the broccoli rabe with the chicken directly in the pan, or arrange them separately on a plate. Serve hot with a lemon wedge for garnish.
