Il sorbetto al limone รจ fresco, leggero e perfetto per rinfrescare le giornate estive!
Ingredients
- Water500 ml
- Granulated sugar200 g
- Lemon5 u (425 g)
Procedure
0. In a saucepan, bring the water and sugar to a boil, stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved. Let it cool. Add the lemon juice to the water and sugar mixture and stir well. Let the mixture cool in the saucepan. Then transfer it to a bowl or container in the freezer. Make sure the mixture is at room temperature before placing it in the freezer.
1. Every 30 minutes, stir the mixture vigorously with a fork to prevent ice crystals from forming. Continue this process for about 3-4 hours, or until the sorbet has reached the desired consistency.
2. Once the sorbet has reached the desired consistency, transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the freezer until ready to serve. Serve the lemon sorbet with a fresh lemon wedge as a garnish, if desired.
