- Chicken breast350 g
- White bread200 g
- Black pepperto taste
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOPto taste
- Parsleyto taste
- Breadcrumbsto taste
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
- Arugulato taste
- Lemonto taste
Procedure
0. Prepare the breading by combining the breadcrumbs, parsley, and parmesan.
1. So, first dip the chicken slices in the oil and then in the breadcrumbs.
2. Cook the chicken on a griddle (or in a non-stick pan) for about 2/3 minutes per side (depending on the thickness of the slices).
3. Meanwhile, cut the rolls in half and toast them. Then, assemble your chicken, arugula, and lemon sandwich!
