Le #polpette al sugo sono un grande classico della cucina casalinga, morbide e saporite, immerse in un sugo di pomodoro ricco e profumato. Preparare l’impasto con carne macinata, pane, uova e spezie permette di ottenere polpette saporite e tenere, perfette da gustare con una fetta di pane per la scarpetta o come condimento per un piatto di pasta fumante.
Ingredients
- Ground beef500 g
- Tomato puree358 ml
- Black olives35 g
- Grana Padano3 tablespoons
- Garlic1 clove
- Eggs1 u (60 g)
- Capers in salt1 tablespoon
- Parsleyto taste
- Fine saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
- Breadcrumbsto taste
Procedure
0. Start by preparing the sauce. In a pan, add a drizzle of oil and a minced garlic clove. Add the capers, olives, and sauce.
1. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Add breadcrumbs to the mixture to thicken (gluten-free breadcrumbs are fine, if desired). Shape the meatballs and add them directly to the sauce.
2. Cook with a lid on for about 15 minutes. Then turn them over and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Serve hot with some bread.
