Hai voglia di uno #snack sfizioso ma zero tempo (e voglia) di impastare? Questi mini #croissant di pasta sfoglia sono la soluzione perfetta! Bastano pochi ingredienti, un rotolo di #sfoglia già pronta e in meno di mezz’ora avrai dei bocconcini dorati, fragranti e filanti. Ottimi per un aperitivo last-minute, una merenda salata o per stupire gli amici con il minimo sforzo.

  • 0. Roll out the puff pastry on a work surface and cut it into 12 wedges (like a pizza).
  • 1. On each wedge, place a piece of cooked ham and a cube or slice of cheese near the widest base.
  • 2. Roll each wedge from the wide base to the tip, giving it the classic croissant shape. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 3. In a small bowl, whisk the egg yolk with the milk and brush the tops of the croissants. Sprinkle with poppy seeds for a crunchy, decorative touch.
  • 4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (static) or 170°C (fan assisted) for about 18-20 minutes, until golden and puffed up.
  • 5. Let them cool for a few minutes and serve them hot, perfect for aperitifs or savory snacks!
