Pasto veloce e gustoso, perfetto per i pranzi in ufficio visto che mantiene il sapore bilanciato anche da freddo.
Ingredients
- Pearl barley50 g
- Dried quinoa50 g
- Tuna in oil20 g
- Corn (precooked)20 g
- Cherry tomato5 u (100 g)
- Basilto taste
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
- Fine saltto taste
- Lemonto taste
- Mintto taste
- White onionto taste
- Chili powderto taste
Procedure
0. Bring some salted water to a boil and, once it reaches a boil, add the spelt and quinoa.
1. While the cereals are cooking, prepare an emulsion with extra virgin olive oil, lemon, salt, onion and mint.
2. Chop the cherry tomatoes and place them in a bowl with the corn and tuna.
3. Drain the grains and add them to the cherry tomatoes, corn, and tuna. Season everything with the prepared emulsion.
