  • 1. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add these dry ingredients to the butter and egg mixture, mixing well until fully incorporated.
  • 2. Add the rolled oats and chopped hazelnuts to the mixture and mix until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • 3. Scoop out small amounts of dough with a spoon and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.
  • 4. Bake the cookies for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to finish cooling.
