Ingredients
- Oat flakes150 g
- Brown sugar80 g
- Oat flour50 g
- Vegetable oil50 ml
- Dark chocolate50 g
- Semi-skimmed milk4 tablespoons
- Baking soda1 teaspoon
- Eggs1 u (60 g)
- Ground cinnamon1 teaspoon
- Fine saltto taste
Procedure
0. Preheat the oven to 180°C in static mode.
1. In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, oat flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add the egg, vegetable oil, and milk. Mix until the dough becomes firm and slightly sticky. Stir in the chocolate chips or raisins/dried fruit.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon, scoop out portions of the dough and form balls, flattening them slightly to form cookie shapes. Leave a little space between each cookie.
3. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are golden.

4. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
