- Cabbage120 g
- Type 00 flour100 g

- Dry yeast3 g
- Eggs1 u (60 g)
- Japanese mayonnaiseto taste
- Okonomiyaki sauceto taste
- Katsuobushito taste
- Sunflower oilto taste
Procedure
0. In a large bowl, combine all the batter ingredients. Chop the vegetables and mix them with the batter. Heat a pan, grease it with oil, and pour in the batter.
1. When the bottom begins to brown, flip the omelette, making sure to place the bacon slices on the bottom of the pan. Brush the top of the okonomiyaki with mayonnaise and okonomiyaki sauce.
2. Complete the plating with katsuobushi
