Scopri la ricetta autentica dei Pan de Queso, i deliziosi panini al formaggio brasiliani senza glutine, perfetti come snack, aperitivo o colazione. Realizzati con amido di tapioca e formaggi gustosi, sono soffici, croccanti e facili da preparare in casa.
Ingredients
- Tapioca flour250 g
- Whole milk250 ml
- Vegetable oil60 ml
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP50 g
- Cheese50 g
- Eggs1 u (60 g)
Procedure
0. In a small saucepan, heat the milk, oil, and salt until they begin to boil. Turn off the heat and pour the hot mixture over the tapioca starch in a large bowl. Stir well with a wooden spoon until the mixture becomes lumpy.
1. Let the mixture cool slightly, then add the egg and grated cheeses. Work the dough with your hands until it reaches a smooth, homogeneous consistency.
2. Take small portions of dough and shape them into balls about 3-4 cm in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving a little space between each one.
3. Preheat the oven to 180°C (static) and bake the Pan de Queso for 20-25 minutes, or until they are puffed up and lightly golden on top.
