  • 0. In a small saucepan, heat the milk, oil, and salt until they begin to boil. Turn off the heat and pour the hot mixture over the tapioca starch in a large bowl. Stir well with a wooden spoon until the mixture becomes lumpy.
  • 1. Let the mixture cool slightly, then add the egg and grated cheeses. Work the dough with your hands until it reaches a smooth, homogeneous consistency.
  • 2. Take small portions of dough and shape them into balls about 3-4 cm in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving a little space between each one.
  • 3. Preheat the oven to 180°C (static) and bake the Pan de Queso for 20-25 minutes, or until they are puffed up and lightly golden on top.
