- Fennel250 g
- Whole spelt pasta200 g
- Grana Padano50 g
- Garlic1 clove
- Fine saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Lemonto taste
Procedure
0. Start by washing and cutting the fennel into slices. Sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of oil and a clove of garlic in its skin. Add a little salt, pepper and the zest of a lemon.
1. In the meantime, cook the pasta and grate the cheese. After 15 minutes, drain the pasta into the pan with the fennel and stir with the heat off with the cheese.
2. Serve immediately, garnishing the dish with fennel or balsamic vinegar.
