Pasta con crema di peperoni dolci e salsiccia saporita, un primo piatto ricco e avvolgente, ideale per chi ama i sapori decisi.
Ingredients
- Durum wheat pasta200 g
- Bell pepper150 g
- Red wine125 ml
- Fresh sausage125 g
- Golden onion100 g
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP50 g
- Mandarinto taste
- Parsleyto taste
- Fine saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
Procedure
0. Start by cleaning and chopping the peppers and onion. Drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil in a pan and sauté with a pinch of salt and parsley. Add the juice of a mandarin orange.
1. In another pan, brown the meat without adding oil to ensure a good Maillard reaction. Then, deglaze with the red wine.
2. Cook the pasta in boiling water. In a tall bowl, blend the peppers and onions with an immersion blender until smooth. Add this mixture to the meat.
3. Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the sauce and stir in the Parmesan cheese off the heat.
