Pasta funghi e pomodoro: un piatto semplice e saporito che unisce la dolcezza del pomodoro alla terra dei funghi, ideale per pranzi casalinghi gustosi e veloci.

- Durum wheat pasta360 g
- Field mushrooms250 g
- Cherry tomato250 g
- Extra virgin olive oil15 ml
- Garlic1 clove
- Black pepperto taste
- Parsleyto taste
- Breadcrumbsto taste
- Fine saltto taste
Procedure
0. Wash and chop the mushrooms. Sauté them in a pan with oil, salt, a crushed garlic clove, and parsley. Wash and dice the cherry tomatoes. Add them to the mushrooms. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling salted water.
1. Toss the pasta in the tomato sauce. Add some breadcrumbs toasted in a pan with a little oil.
