Risotto cremoso con piselli freschi e salsiccia saporita, un primo piatto ricco e avvolgente, ideale per pranzi gustosi e casalinghi.
Ingredients
- Carnaroli rice270 g
- Fresh sausage250 g
- Frozen peas250 g
- Golden onion150 g
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP75 g
- Butter25 g
- Bouillon cubeto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fine saltto taste
Procedure
0. In a pan, add a drizzle of oil and cook the peas with a pinch of salt, onion, and parsley. Meanwhile, you can prepare the broth with the stock cube.
1. Meanwhile, brown the sausage meat in another pan. Once browned, add a ladle of broth.

2. In a deep saucepan or skillet, toast the rice and add a generous pinch of salt. Then, begin cooking the rice with the broth.

3. Blend the peas until you obtain a thick cream and, with the heat off, stir in the rice with the sausage, cheese and butter (cold).
