Ingredients
- Type 00 flour150 g
- Granulated sugar90 g
- Sunflower oil35 ml
- Baking powder2 teaspoons
- Eggs2 u (120 g)
- Peaches1 u (150 g)
- Dark chocolateto taste
Procedure
0. In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar. Then add the oil, flour, and baking powder.
1. Stir vigorously and pour the mixture into a fairly small baking pan (16 cm in diameter). Slice a peach. Arrange the peach slices on top of the batter and drizzle with chocolate.
2. Cook in an air fryer at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
