La torta pere e ricotta è un dolce soffice e genuino, perfetto per colazione o merenda. Il gusto delicato della ricotta si unisce alla dolcezza delle pere in un abbraccio cremoso.
Ingredients
- Cow ricotta450 g
- Abate pears400 g
- Type 00 flour350 g
- Granulated sugar250 g
- Baking powder16 g
- Eggs3 u (180 g)
- Egg yolk1 u (17 g)
- Lemon1 u (85 g)
- Vanilla essenceto taste
Procedure
0. Wash and peel the pears. Remove the core and dice. Place in a bowl with lemon juice to prevent browning.
1. Using an electric mixer, beat the eggs and egg yolks with the sugar and grated lemon zest. Add the vanilla extract. Mix until the mixture is frothy and smooth. Add the ricotta and continue beating.
2. Sift the flour and baking powder together using a spatula. Finally, fold in the pear cubes. Butter a round baking pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 60-70 minutes.
