- Type 00 flour250 g
- Manitoba flour250 g
- Extra virgin olive oil10 ml
- Fine salt10 g
- Fresh yeast10 g
Procedure
0. Pour the water, yeast and oil into the bowl and dissolve it for 5 seconds at speed 5.
1. Add the salt and flour for 50 seconds at speed 6 plus 1 minute at Spiga.
2. Let the dough rise for about 4 hours covered and in a warm place.
