Polenta concia cremosa e filante, arricchita con formaggi e burro. Un piatto tradizionale gustoso e confortante, perfetto per l’inverno.
Ingredients
- Corn flour300 g
- Cheese150 g
- Butter50 g
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP50 g
- Black pepperto taste
- Fine saltto taste
Procedure
0. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil, then gradually add the flour, stirring vigorously. Cook for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent lumps from forming.
1. The polenta is cooked when a crust forms on the sides of the pan: at this point, add the diced cheese and butter.
2. Stir well to melt the butter and fontina, then serve the piping hot polenta immediately.
